Mittens's Story
Mittens is a special boy! At first glance, you see a black and white hunk with a trimmed mustache- so distinctive and cute! He was given up by a woman who is receiving chemo and cannot take a chance she could get scratched or bit. He is a young adult with 10/23 DOB

Mittens' first owner bottle fed him and adored him, but due to her health reasons, could not keep a cat that tends to be over reactive with stimulation, like being picked up suddenly, petted too long, etc. He will nip gently so we suggest that he be adopted by someone with cat experience who can read his body language and has no children.

Mittens eagerly seeks human interaction. He lives with other cats in his foster home and is not a bully- he is scared of bullies! Mittens gently approaches you, stands on his hind legs with his front paws gently on your jeans and gives you the signal he wants some loving petting! But you need to know when he has had enough and withdraw your hands.

Give Mittens a chance for a loving home and request to meet this special boy! Adoption fee $75 for a fully vetted, affectionate and healthy young cat!

Please complete the application on this site or go to Linktr.ee/ncfnrescue.
