Misty's Story

?Misty Misty is a senior gem who is hoping to find herself a quiet home away from the hustle and bustle of shelter life. Misty has been an absolute sweetheart during her time here. She loves attention and accepts endless petting. For a senior lady she loves to climb and explore and doesnt let her age hold her back. Mistys ideal home would be a quiet setting where she can lounge in the sun and cuddle on the bed. Misty would do fine living with another cat as she seems indifferent to the other kitties at the shelter. Misty does have a hyperthyroid diagnosis and takes a pill daily ( and easily) to keep her thyroid levels in check. She arrived at the shelter very skinny and our team has worked very hard to get her levels regulated. She is estimated around 10ish years old and has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for leukemia/fiv, and is microchipped.…. Misty would like us to add that her medicine is very affordable and easy to give. Her adoption fee has been sponsored by one of our volunteers! ?
