Misty

Misty is ~9 months old and has been in foster care since she was only a few months old. She has been waiting a long time for her forever home! Misty came to me as a scared, feral kitten who had been trapped as a part of a TNR project at a junkyard site. After a few hisses, she immediately melted into my arms, full of purrs. She was off and on scared of me, but always enjoyed being pet. She can still be quirky sometimes - she's definitely not a lap cat and does not enjoy being held. However, she LOVES to be pet and kisses and is a big head butter. She's affectionate in her own ways, and she does tolerate being held for short amounts of time, as long as she's being pet! <br/><br/>Just know with adopting Misty, you will get a super sweet, friendly, curious, and loving girl. She will just not be a lap cat, and that's okay! She just needs an adopter who understands that. <br/><br/>Misty's only requirement is that she goes to home with another friendly, playful cat. She thrives with feline companionship. Other cats make her feel more comfortable, and she absolutely loves playing with them all day long.
