This handsome big guy was brought to us as a stray right around christmas time, and is now ready to find a home to call his own! Mistletoe is a young guy looking for a quiet and patient home that will allow him the space to come out of his shell. Once Mistletoe feels comfortable with you, he will be your best friend! Venango County Humane Society's Adoption Policy

The adoption fee for dogs, 12 months and older, is $125, and for puppies, 11 months and under, is $150. The adoption fee for cats, 12 months and older, is $65. The fee for kittens, 11 months and younger, is $75. All animals adopted from our shelter are already spayed or neutered, have distemper vaccine, a one year rabies vaccine, dewormer, flea treatment, a wellness exam, and micro-chip. The Humane Society can accept cash, checks, or card for adoption and deposit fees. If you wish to surrender an animal, placement at the Humane Society is by appointment only. Be sure to call ahead and arrange a date and time. This will ensure that there is available space at the shelter for your pet. There are no fees for surrendering animals.
