Noelle needs help with a little more socializing and more daily handling. We are looking for a foster or forever. She needs a quieter home and someone with a little patience. She is currently living in foster with other kitties and 2 big dogs. She needs a kitty friend to help her along. Noelle is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative.
