She’s friendly and enjoys being with her people, but she prefers affection on her terms, once she’s had enough, she’ll politely (and sometimes not-so-politely) let you know. With a little patience, she warms up beautifully and becomes a devoted lap cuddler. She’s curious, playful, and fiercely protective of her baby girl.<br/><br/>​<br/><br/>Penny, about 4 months old, is everything you love about a kitten, bold, joyful, endlessly curious, and always ready for the next adventure. She approaches new experiences with confidence and enthusiasm and looks to Miso for reassurance and guidance. Penny may have a sensitivity to duck protein, but otherwise she’s a healthy, happy whirlwind of fun.<br/><br/>​<br/><br/>Together, these two are a high-energy, high-reward pair who thrive on playtime and human interaction. They’re great at entertaining each other, but they’ll need a home that can commit to interactive play at least twice daily, along with plenty of vertical space to climb, scratch, and lounge. Window views for bird watching are a must, bonus points for a feeder nearby!<br/><br/>​<br/><br/>Miso and Penny would do best as the only cats in the home to ensure the smoothest transition, as Miso can be protective and selective with other animals. They’ve not been introduced to dogs.
