This gorgeous 3-year-old tortoiseshell endured and survived being thrown from a moving car, Misco spent days too terrified to come out from under blankets.<br/><br/>When we contacted her owner through her microchip, the owner was angry we'd even called and claimed she'd given Misco to her cousin. The cousin surrendered her to us. <br/><br/>We don't know how long it's been since Misco has felt truly safe or wanted.<br/><br/>After just two weeks in foster care with an amazing loving vet tech, Misco started coming out of her shell. She's still shy, but the sweet, loving and trusting girl underneath is emerging. You can see how badly she WANTS to be loved - she just needs someone patient enough to let her take it at her own pace.<br/><br/>This petite girl with stunning tortie markings was once someone's indoor/outdoor cat, which means she knew love before her world fell apart.
