Mira (bonded with Rumi)'s Story
Mira is a golden teddy bear of a cat, and truly a rare gem, as only a small number of orange cats are female. Her fur is irresistibly soft, making every cuddle feel extra special. This spirited girl loves to zoom around with her sister, Rumi. Pom-poms, fuzzy mice, springs, and even toilet paper tubes do not stand a chance against her impressive hunting skills. Shes clever too, often stashing little caches of toys.
After playtime, Mira seeks out a cozy, tucked away bed where she can quietly observe the world around her. When she is ready for affection, she will let you know with slow, sleepy blinks. Though she does not always seek out attention, a gentle approach and soft words unlock her affectionate side. She will burst into purrs, head butts, and ask to be picked up. Once comfortable, she delights in nose boops, hair snuffles, and snuggles. Mira values her space and would thrive in a patient, adult home with cat experience. With time and understanding, shes sure to blossom into the ultimate snuggle bug.
Mira is part of a bonded pair. Along with her sister, Rumi, Mira can often be found laying in the cat tree keeping track of the birds outside the window.
