Mint Julep's Story

Hello, I am Mint Julep and I am a little nervous to be here. My foster mom says I am brave... I think she is right so I am doing my best. I am from here in Colorado, I used to live outside but I didn't find that to be acceptable, I am too bougie to sleep in nature, so I moved inside instead. My most controversial hot take is that dogs are a terrible judge of character... they love EVERYONE. Cats are much better at that. So you know if I like you are extra special because I am VERY discerning. Once I am comfortable I like to be a part of my favorite humans day. I follow my foster mom around the house, supervise her when she works and sleep on a pillow above her head at night time. I am looking for a forever human who knows it will take sometime to get to know each other and is ready to be patient while I adjust and learn to trust. I really am just a silly goose on the inside.

Please Note: This cat is currently located at Elevated Communities Cat Cafe in Longmont, Colorado. There is a $12 entry fee to visit the cafe, which helps support the care of the resident cats and the mission of Elevated Communities. Walk-ins are typically welcome or you can visit https://elevatedcommunitiescatcafe.org/visit to schedule your visit ahead of time.
