Mint Chocolate Chip's Story

Also known as Minty, this 7-month-old tuxedo girl is equal parts classy, sassy, and catnip-ball-obsessed. Minty began her life as a tiny undercover operative, discovered at just 5 weeks old hiding beneath a friend’s air conditioner. (She says she was “gathering intel.” We suspect she was just small and adorable.) Thankfully, SARG rescued her from her covert mission and she’s been thriving ever since. Minty is the social director of her foster home, welcoming every foster kitten like they’re entering summer camp. She plays, mentors, tolerates, and occasionally outruns them with the grace of a cat twice her size. The resident cats? Also approved. Minty believes all felines are potential friends and/or backup dancers. Her absolute favorite possession is her catnip-filled ball—a toy she carries, chases, wrestles, and occasionally brags about. If there were cat-toy Olympics, Minty would bring home gold. When she’s not busy supervising kittens or perfecting her athletic skills, Minty enjoys hanging out near her humans, offering moral support, and looking fabulous in her tuxedo attire.
If you’re searching for a playful, social, hilarious companion who will keep you entertained and your foster kittens humble, Minty is your girl.
Adoption information at https://shelteranimalsrescue.org/adopt
Visit the SARG, Inc. website for more information about our policies, events, and to submit an online application for one of our animals: https://www.shelteranimalsrescue.org.
