Minnie

Minnie is looking for her furever home. She is absolutely the sweetest cat with a sad past. She was a stray living in a neighborhood. Who knows how many litters she's had. Her last litter was met with heartbreak. Someone had posted on FB over the summer that her 4 remaining kittens needed somewhere safe to go because they had just found one dead. Then the post was updated to only 3 kittens left, that 1 more was just killed. I asked if they could hold the kittens overnight until help could be found. The post was once again updated that 2 more kittens were just killed and only 1 kitten was remaining. I begged them to please hold the kitten safe overnight and I would pick it up in the morning and I would also get mom spayed. They decided it was best to let me take mom and her last baby. <br/><br/>Minnie would make a great companion. She is low energy and very easy going. But she does love attention. We can not complete with the adoption fees of shelters because we are not sponsored by the city or county, and we do not have any vets on staff. Each cat we take in costs us a minimum of $150 just for their basic vetting to get them adoption ready.
