Minnie's Story

Minnie is a sweet senior girl with the softest fur, a gravelly little meow and those unmistakable old lady eyes that make you wonder about all the stories she could tell.

When her owner passed away, it took a few weeks before Minnie could be safely secured and brought into care. But once she arrived, it was as though she knew she was safe. Her affectionate personality quickly came through, and she is more than happy to demand attention when she decides she isn't getting quite enough.

Minnie had a feline sibling in her previous home and is currently sharing her foster home with other cats. She would likely do well in a home with another animal who respects her space and boundaries. More than anything, she is looking for a comfortable home, plenty of affection and someone who appreciates the special kind of companionship a senior cat has to offer.

Minnie came into care with significant dental disease and a badly broken tooth. Her dental is booked for October 13, and once that troublesome mouth is taken care of, she'll be ready to head into her retirement years feeling her very best.

Senior cats deserve happily ever afters, too. Minnie has already lived a whole life before finding her way to us, and we would love for this next chapter to be one filled with comfort, security and love.

If you know someone who might enjoy the companionship of a sweet senior lady, please show them Minnie's profile.
