Still just a baby herself, she had a litter far too young - and when her kittens didn’t survive, she shutdown. The light in her eyes faded, and she became quiet and withdrawn, mourning a loss she couldn’t understand.<br/>at the rescue, the noise and constant activity can overwhelm her sensitive spirit. She keeps a small stuffed bunny in her cage - a tiny comfort she clings to as she heals.<br/>but when the world grows still and a gentle hand reaches for her, Minna melts. She loves to be softly petted and spoken to. She leans in with kindness. Beneath her shyness is a tender, loving soul who wants to feel safe again.<br/>Minna would do best in a calm, quiet home and someone with patience - someone who will give her the time she needs to trust. Though she isn’t clingy right now, once her heart feels secure, there’s no telling how deeply she will love.<br/>She has known heartbreak. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted.<br/><br/>Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.<br/><br/>No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.<br/><br/>We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.
