Mimi's Story

For inquiries contact jean@staf.org. Information and application are at www.staf.org.

When you make Mimi's acquaintance, you will say, "my, my!" This beautiful, young tabby girl with a stunning coat was found at a gas station fending for herself, and thankfully was rescued by another animal organization. She was fostered in a loving home, but when she tested FIV positive, they reached out and we were happy to help (she is a healthy kitty, and FIV is a condition that is non-transmissible to people or dogs). Mimi started out a bit reserved but now is very responsive to love and attention. She has a wonderful, gentle and low-key personality.

Mimi is gaining confidence daily just as any attractive young lady should and would make a wonderful, loving pet. Fostered with other cats, she makes friends easily and would be happy in a home with felines or as a beloved single in a quieter environment. No longer an attendant at the gas station, Mimi is ready for her lounge time on a sofa with her Fancy Feast served in a proper bowl!
DOB 2022

Cat adoption information and application can be found at www.staf.org.
All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision. Sorry, we do not ship our cats or kittens! Please email Jean at jean@staf.org for more info. on adopting!
