Milkshake's Story

It takes this special girl a little while to warm up but then MILKSHAKE is all SWEETNESS. She has the best little meow too!

MILKSHAKE has come such a long way and she is looking for a special family that understands her journey. She was initially left at a door of a vet office and they tried working with her so they could adopt out but she remained feral.

The vet spayed her..and tipped her ear.. on the wrong side.

The vet then contacted PAW WARRIORS since we do provide FURever homes for ferals and she came to our sanctuary to live. When MILKSHAKE first came to our sanctuary, she would hardly eat and was super shy...until one day our Director was drinking a milkshake sitting next to her.

Next thing our Director saw was "Curious ears" and then a few minutes later, this FURbaby was eating the milkshake off of the straw...hence she had to be named "MILKSHAKE" and has had many years here with us having her special milkshake treats with our director.

After more than three years, though, MILKSHAKE has decided she is no longer feral and wants to have her own family as demonstrated by coming to see all the visitors during our daily HAPPY HOUR visitations (the 2 hours before sunset each day). Are you her FURever family? Come visit to find out if she chooses you.
