This sweet pair of older bonded brothers have a great dynamic. Oreo is brave, independent, and willing to explore. Miles is shy and so so sweet. It did take him months to settle in with the foster home, but with patience and care, these boys are a real treat. It is important that a new home gives them both plenty of time to become accustomed to their new digs. <br/><br/>Oreo adjusted quickly. He is affectionate and loves to sit next to you for lots of pets. He still chases his tail like a kitten. Races around trying to catch the laser dots. And he loves to eat and sleep in the sun. Oreo has unique fur. It is dark brown/black on the tips but white underneath. It is probably why he was named him Oreo. <br/><br/>Miles is a pretty lazy cat. He likes a few minutes of wrestling with Oreo and then returning to his favorite bed or sitting next to his humans. He also likes an occasional lap cuddle. He has arthritis in his hind legs so he carefully plots any jumps to be next to his humans. Mile’s fur is thick and a beautiful shade of gray. The way it catches the light is beautiful. <br/><br/>With Miles's arthritis we have started him on monthly pain injections. A new home would want to consult their personal vet about continuing these or other options. Both kitties have had a dental completed, so these kitties are ready for their forever home with their cleaned and ready teeth. <br/><br/>They will probably do best in a quiet household with patient humans. They don’t mind other cats, certainly not playmates but can co-habitate, but take off whenever a dog comes to visit. <br/><br/> If interested in adopting this kitty, we ask that you please fill out an adoption application.
