Hi. I’m Miles.

I know something that kittens probably shouldn’t have to know: being a black kitten means I might not be the first one you notice.

When people have lots of adorable kittens to choose from, sometimes little black kittens like me get overlooked. But I’m hoping someone will stop long enough to see me.

Because underneath this shiny black coat is a playful, happy little boy who loves racing around, having fun, and playing with his kitty friends. I have just as much personality, just as much love to give, and just as much hope of finding a family as every other kitten here.

I don’t need everyone to choose me. I just need one person to look at me and say, “That’s my kitten.”

Maybe that person is you?

Miles comes with a veterinary exam, is neutered, up to date on vaccines as age appropriate, dewormed, and always kept current on monthly flea and tick prevention.

Because Miles is still young, he must either be adopted with another young kitty from our rescue or go to a home that already has a young cat, 3 years old or younger, who can match his energy level. Having an age-appropriate feline companion is important during this stage of development and helps kittens continue learning important social and life skills.

Miles adoption fee is $265.

Potential adopters start by filling out an adoption application as a way for us to see if their family and home are a good fit to adopt a kitty from our rescue. If everything looks okay after reviewing the application, we schedule a meet and greet. Lastly, if adoption takes place, the adopter will complete the pet specific adoption contract, pay the adoption fee and finally, bring their new furbaby home!
