Milana's Story

Meet Milana, a sweet 9-month-old girl who, after a challenging start as a stray, is now ready to find her peaceful forever home. This shy girl, still learning to trust, will thrive in an environment that offers her a dedicated quiet space to decompress and slowly adjust to her new surroundings. While she has observed other felines from a distance, she hasn't had direct interactions, suggesting a gradual introduction to any resident cats would be ideal. Milana has also encountered dogs and would be most comfortable in a home with a calm canine companion, or, importantly, with safe areas where she can retreat and feel secure away from any boisterous activity. A patient and understanding family willing to give her time and love will be rewarded with a devoted companion.

Arizona Rescue Life's Adoption Policy

Once you see a pup you like on our website or Facebook fill out the application. The foster parent will look over your application and see if the dog would be a good fit for your family. If the have any questions they will contact you. If everything looks good we set up a meet and greet. If you have another dog we suggest doing a meet and greet. After the meet and greet we take adoption fee and sign contract. We do an adoption photo and you take their medical folder.

Arizona Rescue Life is nonprofit 501c3 dog rescue in Tucson, AZ. We have a loving group of fosters that open their homes to fosters until they can find their furever homes. We work with several shelters in Arizona along with Texas and New Mexico. We also take in strays and owner surrenders.
