We would love to change that by giving Mila the opportunity to come to New York on our next transport on 1/30, but we must first secure a committed foster, foster-to-adopt, or adopter for her to take that spot.<br/><br/>Mila is healthy, fully vetted, tested, and vaccinated, and will travel with a health certificate.
