Mila's Story

Mila showed up at the rescuers feeding station and was taken in for TNR. However it seemed to them that she was a throwaway rather than feral so she was surrendered to the rescue. Mila is wonderfully affectionate. As soon as she sees you, she starts purring. Loudly. She is not a lapcat at this point, but is a right next to you while you pet her. She is thought to be 1-2 years old and perfectly healthy. Her only "quirk" is that she requires two litter boxes. She has been exposed, briefly, to other cats and a dog. She seemed mildly curious about the dog, but mildly fearful of the cats. This is probably due to having to compete with other cats at the feeding station. Her adoption fee is $150. As all our foster cats are in private homes, we require an approved? application before setting up a meet and greet.
