Mikhail's Story
Mikhail came from a large indoor–outdoor colony that lost its indoor space when their caretaker had to move. Although he had a rough start in life, his foster mom paired him with a young, playful cat, which really helped him come out of his shell. After about three months, he finally started joining her on the bed! He’s still a bit shy, but continues to make wonderful progress.

Mikhail isn’t a fan of being picked up, but he enjoys the company of other cats and loves a good nap (and maybe a few too many snacks — he’s getting a little chubby!). A quiet, patient home would suit him best, as too much activity could be overwhelming while he adjusts. With love and time, Mikhail will continue to blossom into a gentle, affectionate companion.

Would you like to make Mikhail a part of your family? Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
