Mikey's Story

Mikey was originally a stray trapped and neutered, so he has a tipped ear, but he is SO SWEET!!! He has a gentle disposition and loves affection. Great with multiple cats of all ages. The kittens snuggle with him. Neutered, shots, microchipped, litter trained. He is FIV positive (Leukemia neg), but we expect he will live a long healthy life. He is very gentle, and FIV can only be transmittable to other cats by deep bite wound (likely how he got it), and he such a gentle soul, great with all of the cats! Maybe 3 years old. He does need regular wet food. Male cats can get urinary issues if fed only dry food. Here’s a tip...you can monitor their urine output with the Breeze litter system, inexpensive, no litter dust, quick and easy to scoop. You can view the urine in the pad underneath. The first step in our adoption process is the completion of our adoption application, and we do not charge an application fee. We charge an appropriate adoption fee to cover most of the costs associated with vetting each animal.
