Mikey

Mikey was rescued as a little kitten during a rainstorm in an apartment complex parking lot.<br/>Born in May of 2024, he's a young, classic chocolate striped tabby with some cute well placed spots on his sides!<br/><br/>Mikey is an outstanding, lovable, handsome, friendly boy who has been waiting a year and half to be adopted!! <br/>Why, you ask? Sadly, we don't know! Anyone would be so lucky to have Mikey - a loyal friend for life. Some cats you can just see the love and devotion in their eyes, and Mikey is one of those cats!<br/><br/>In an attempt to get more people to meet Mikey, he went to a pet store. He waited a very long time for the opportunity to go there, but unfortunately, being caged in an open area with many people bringing dogs in was too stressful for Mikey, a cat with a very gentle nature.<br/>And so and he developed cystitis, which sometimes happens with stressed cats. Mikey got treatment from a vet, went back to his loving foster home, and has recovered fine and is back to the sweet lovable boy he's always been! But now he will be unable to go back to a pet store to be seen. <br/><br/>Mikey is a lover! You might say he's a quiet boy, until you hear his great big purr! His favorite thing is to watch for an open lap, and spring into it, hoping for lots of cuddles and love! He does very well with children, enjoying time in their arms and rewarding them with lots of purrs!<br/><br/>Mikey is an absolute sweetheart, and a cat that will bring so much joy and happiness to your life! There's just nothing not to like about Mikey! He's waiting for a lucky person to give the chance so show how much love he has to give!<br/><br/>Please make this boy's dreams come true, won't you!
