You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This sweet old gentleman just wants a safe place tp live put his remaining years. He is an old man that just wants a lap to lay on or a comfortable spot to be petted and loved on . He has been around cats and can be an inside/outside cat if it is a safe area with no busy roads. He is positive for FIV. He loves kids. He has had stomatitis and a full mouth teeth extraction. They only left his canines. This should reolve the stomatitis. Vet thinks 5-6 yrs old.

Last Chance Pet Rescue, Inc's Adoption Policy

Our adoption fees are as follows, but can vary if the animal is sponsored by a private party or at the discretion of the rescue. For dogs, fees vary. This fee pays for the animal's spay or neuter, parvo/distemper vaccination, deworming, rabies vaccination and a heartworm check for dogs over 6 months old and a microchip For Cats the adoption fee varies but includes spay/neuter, deworming, flea treatment and age appropriate vaccines. We require a pre-adoption application be completed so that a vet reference can be verified and an acceptable home visit is completed before the adoption can be approved.
