Midnight's Story

Midnight’s journey hasn’t been an easy one. She came to us from a local shelter after being rescued from a hoarding situation, and the experience left her scared and shut down.<br/><br/>Since arriving at The Cottage, Midnight has slowly started to learn that she’s safe. She’s still building trust, but you can see her gentle spirit shining through more each day. What helps her most? Other cats. Midnight absolutely loves her kitty friends—especially her brother Bear—and finds comfort and confidence being around them.<br/><br/>Because of this, Midnight would do best adopted with Bear or into a home with another friendly, social cat to help her continue to come out of her shell.<br/><br/>With patience, love, and a feline companion by her side, Midnight has so much potential to blossom into a wonderful, loyal companion.<br/><br/>If interested in this kitty or any of our other cats please fill out an interest form at kittycottagesanctuary.org/adoptions-interest-form

The Kitty Cottage Sanctuary's Adoption Policy
We ask potential adopters to submit an interest form from our website. Then we reach out, via email, to inquire about their lifestyle and living situation. If they seem like they could provide a safe and healthy environment for a cat, they are invited to schedule an appointment to visit The Cottage. Once a cat is chosen and our staff feels that it is a good match for both, they can fill out the adoption form and bring their new family member home.
