He is shy at first, and needs the time and space to feel comfortable in a new environment, but it is worth the wait! At the tender age of four, Mickie is mature enough to always use his litter box, learns boundaries quickly (if you don't want him on counters, tell him no a few times and he will listen), but still has just the right amount of youthfulness. When he experiences the zoomies, its a treat to watch. Picture small toys thrown in the air, an elaborate routine of soccer flops and a few laps around the house. When you are available for down time, he would love to get some head scritches and if you are willing to share your lap, he will show you up close and personal, his biscuit making skills. As he is adjusting to his new life, he does still have some shy tendencies, but he truly is a sweet cat that is ready to start his new adventure with his new loving parents!
