Mickey's Story

Mickey is one special kitten. He came in just a few hours old. He is a true bottle baby. He has no filter. Lol He is amazing! When he loves to cuddle he cuddles hard when he loves to play he plays hard. He wants all of your attention all the time on him. He will do amazing in a home with another kitten or young cat as he would not do well been alone as a only cat. He is just around 5 months old. Very small for his age but very healthy. If you meet him you can't help but to fall in love with him. He has not been around a dog but does not fear them when he sees them. With proper introduction he should do fine with a small dog. He would do good in a home with older kids 7 plus but Littles make him a little nervous. He comes with one free month of pet insurance. If you think you might be the perfect person for him let's chat. He needs the perfect home.

Once a potential adopter reaches out regarding a cat or kitten we make contact and discuss what they are looking for and if this cat matches the personality they are looking for. Once we are both satisfied that this cat/kitten is a match we will send them a adoption application to complete and return. We will then schedule a meet/greet. If meet/greet goes well and the cat/kitten as well as the adopter is comfortable we will move forward with the adoption process. Why Our Rescue Requires a Home Visit At Scruffy To Fluffy Cat Rescue, the safety and well-being of our animals is our top priority. That’s why we require a home visit as part of our adoption process. The home visit allows us to ensure that the environment is safe, suitable, and nurturing for the animal. It helps us understand your living situation, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that the animal’s needs will be met in its new home.
