Mickey

Mickey (dob 2019) was surrendered to Safe Haven in October 2022 by someone who found Mickey in a shed. Mickey was adopted from Safe Haven in February 2023. Sadly, he was returned in August 2023 due to inappropriate behavior. <br/><br/>Mickey is diabetic and it is managed with a liquid once a day which is added to his wet food in the morning. <br/><br/>Mickey loves to lounge on his cat tree and look out the window or snuggle in his favorite cubby. His tunnel is his favorite entertainment.<br/><br/>Mickey enjoys pets but doesn’t want to share his space with any other animals. He would do best with an experienced cat owner that will give him all of their attention. A quiet, calm home with no children.<br/><br/>He receives calming powder each morning to help with his sometimes fractious behavior. At the shelter we have learned that triggers for Mickey are loud voices and quick movements and other cats.
