Mia's Story

Hello there, my name is Mia. It’s nice to meet you! I am a petite short-haired tiger kitty that has had quite the experience throughout my couple years of life. For quite some time, I lived outside and braved the forever fluctuating Minnesota temperatures. Until finally, on March 27th, a very kind woman brought me to her home. In fact, I got there right in time to give birth to my 3 beautiful babies. Since being at my foster mom’s home, I feel much more at ease. It was a great place to raise my kittens, but now they are ready for homes of their own and so am I! I tend to be shy at first and am not a fan of being picked up. But once I warm up to someone, I want nothing but pets and love! Some things that I can’t get enough of are belly rubs, playing with my favorite toys, and being brushed! I hope that I’ll go to a great home with parents that will shower me with love, but also be okay with me just lounging and observing, like the independent young kitty that I am.
