Mewtwo's Story
Mewtwo came to CVHS when he wasn't an appropriate match for his home. Originally found as a stray, his finder took him into their home, and got him the vet care he needed. Over time, his attentions became increasingly too much for the spayed females already in the home. Though everyone in the home was spayed and neutered, he still was showing some male breeding desires.

While in this home, he was indoors-only and that seemed to be his preference, as Vermont winter can be quite cold. He is familiar living with older adults, was ok when dogs visited the home, and is true to his breed and can be vocal about how he feels. Here at the adoption center so far we have seen him hilariously put himself head first into his cat bed like an ostrich. In new settings he seems to be bashful, but once he knows you're there to give him attention, he is all for it! He sometimes would get overstimulated in his last home, and he would love-bite play, so no young children in his next home please. At the adoption center he is currently in a cat colony room with other cats, including a female, and everyone is living in harmony.
