MERTLE

Meet Mertle. This young lady was part of the cats and kittens pulled from an apartment. She is about 3 years old. Unfortunately, she had some type of trauma to her eye before coming to us that caused her to lose the eye. She has since had surgery and has recovered. <br/><br/>Please know this has not slowed her down at all (no seriously, nothing can slow this cat down!). She loves to play and explore, but also wants to be right by your side getting many chin scratches.<br/><br/>She was in a home with other cats, but doesn't get along very well with the other cats at the rescue. She might do better with a laid-back cat companion after a careful introduction. We don't know how she is with dogs.
