Merry's Story
Merry went on an adventure through Mordor and his companions have long since been adopted. But Merry has had a rough time with an upper respiratory infection that he just couldn't kick, then had a battle with FIP and survived that too, but still with the drug-resistant URI. It will be a constant sneezing and snot issue. But this hasn’t stopped this Majestic Floof. He will snuggle on laps, loves to play in tunnels, sleep in the bowls of a cat tree, and will sleep with you. He is good with lots of cats, kittens and dogs too. He is a diva, he swishes and flicks his tail like he knows he is too fancy and can show off, better then any model on a runway. Merry

is up to date on vaccines including rabies, tested negative for FELV/FIV, dewormed, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $100.

Merry is a survivor of FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitus) The treatment consists of 84 days of daily injections, which he endured like a champion. The vet has now pronounced him FIP-free. It is unlikely that he will relapse, but if he does, the rescue will bear the expenses of his treatment, using the same (gs-441524).
