Merengue G. (purple collar)'s Story
Meet Merengue, our little middle child

Merengue is approximately 3 months old. She's mostly white with and sprinkled with orange spots and has absolutely mastered the art of being both sweet and mildly suspicious of being overlooked.

Merengue had a rough start and was found extremely sick with an upper respiratory infection. She has been treated and has completely healed, although she may still have occasional residual sneezing. She is not contagious. As with many kittens who have had a difficult beginning, future life stressors may occasionally affect her immune system, and she may benefit from supplements such as lysine if recommended by her veterinarian.

She can be incredibly affectionate one minute and off causing some tiny amount of trouble the next. But her real talent comes out when she plays with her littermates—because apparently every wrestling match must be performed like a full-scale emergency. The sounds she makes would have you convinced something terrible is happening, only to look over and find her perfectly fine and immediately going back for round two.

She's sweet, mischievous, dramatic, and completely lovable. Basically, classic middle-child behavior in kitten form.

If you're looking for a kitten with equal parts affection, personality, and unnecessary theatrics, Merengue may be your girl. Submit an adoption application and come meet her.

The adoption fee covers their spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, flea/tick preventatives, deworming medication, and microchip registration.
