Meredith's Story
Meet Meredith - A Gentle Soul Who's Blossomed Into a Playful Companion

Meredith was rescued as a stray and did an incredible job raising seven kittens, all of whom have gone on to loving homes. Now that her mom duties are complete, Meredith is finally getting to focus on herself - and she's absolutely blossoming.

While she started out shy and reserved, Meredith has come a long way in foster care. She's grown into a playful, curious, and increasingly confident girl who loves engaging with toys and showing off her fun side. In fact, her playful personality is really shining - she's even been known to surprise her foster siblings with some enthusiastic zoomies (including the occasional dramatic "body slam" during playtime ).

Meredith has also discovered that she enjoys being close to her people. She has recently started seeking out lap time, happily settling in for quiet moments of affection - a huge step for this once timid girl.

Since moving into her foster home, Meredith has formed a special bond with Bee. While she has historically been reserved around other cats, Bee's calm, kind presence helped her feel safe enough to come out of her shell. The two sleep together, groom each other, and find comfort in one another.

Today, Meredith is no longer the scared, withdrawn cat she once was - she's a gentle, affectionate, and playful companion who just needed the right environment to shine.

Meredith is available for adoption individually, but because of the confidence and comfort she gains from Bee's companionship, she would do best and truly thrive if adopted together with him.

A Special Note About Meredith & Bee

While Meredith and Bee can be adopted separately into the right homes, their time together has shown just how meaningful companionship can be. Together, they offer each other comfort, confidence, and emotional security - and adopters open to welcoming both will be rewarded with a uniquely gentle, loving pair.

If you're looking for a sweet, blossoming companion - or perhaps two who have found something special in each other - Meredith and Bee are ready to meet you.

-----------------------------------------

If you're interested in adopting, please apply online at mscrescue.org/adopt. An approved application is required before we can schedule a meet & greet. Once approved, we'll work with you to ensure it's a great fit-and if it's not, no worries!
