At ABC Rescue, our priority is finding the best possible match between our cats and their future families. We aim to make the adoption process smooth, professional, and supportive every step of the way. Adoption Process: After you submit an adoption application, our team will review it and contact you—typically within 24 hours—to schedule an interview. Once approved, the cat will be placed on pending adoption status when a $100 deposit is received. This deposit is fully refundable if, for any reason, the adoption does not move forward. Adoption Fees: Adoption fees vary and are based on the individual cat. Fees cover spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping. Transportation Policy: - For the safety and well-being of our cats, we do not ship cats in cargo. - Adopters must either arrange for safe in-cabin flight transport or pick up the cat directly. - A volunteer from our Rescue can also fly your fur baby out to you Any volunteer travel expenses will be covered by the adopter. - If within driving distance, transportation may also be arranged. Ongoing Support: Our commitment does not end at adoption. ABC Rescue is always here for our adopters and our cats, even after they go home.
