Meet Mercedes!<br/>Mercedes was recently surrendered back to FURR. Her owner was no longer able to care for her due to owner having medical issues. No hard feelings here!!<br/>It is apparent she was well loved- she is super sweet, friendly, and outgoing after all these years!!<br/>One might be tricked and think she is younger than 8 because she acts like it. She gets along with all of the other foster kitties in her home, and is great with humans.<br/>She loves her cat trees. Although she appears rather *plump* (pleasantly of course), she only really prefers dry food and eats scarcely!! She just stays naturally voluptuous. She is also rather talkative- she has a lot on her mind!<br/>We really hope to find her a home where she can finish out her golden days. These will need to be kept current after adoption.<br/>Tested Negative for FIV & FELV unless otherwise noted on their profile<br/>Treated with de-wormer, anti-parasitics, flea baths & prevention, ear mites and anything else our vet deems needed for good health. This can sometimes include antibiotics and eye/upper respiratory medicines, etc.<br/>Many of our fosters also use pre/probiotics and vitamins to fully support their tiny immune systems during transitions.<br/><br/>---To meet any of our cats please fill out our adoption application to be approved. Our application can be found under the 'Adopt' menu on our website: www.felineurbanrescueandrehab.org. ---FURR is a 100% volunteer organization. Every penny donated goes to paying our vet bills, caring for our cats, and TNR. FURR is a 501(c)3 organization so donations are tax deductible.
