Meowlody is a 6-year-old sweetheart who is searching for a brand new chapter in her life. She has spent her entire life in a home, so finding herself in a busy shelter has been a big and confusing change for her. The noise and commotion aren’t really her style — Meowlody is much more of a soft music, cozy blanket, peaceful evening kind of girl.<br/><br/>Because of all the recent changes, she’s been having a hard time adjusting here. But underneath her uncertainty is a gentle cat who simply misses the comfort of a quiet home and a familiar routine. Given time, patience, and love, we know she will settle back into her true self.<br/><br/>Meowlody is currently working on getting her figure back into tip-top shape. She does need to lose a little weight, but she’s otherwise healthy and ready to start her wellness journey with her future family. She can be a bit picky about her menu — a refined palate, if you will — but she absolutely loves her dry food and treats (especially treats!).<br/><br/>It’s unknown how Meowlody feels about other animals, so a slow introduction would be important if there are pets in the home.
