Meow Mix's Story

Meet Meow Mix (aka Mixer - affectionately known as "Tuxedo Boy," your future tiny roommate + personal comedian)

Meow Mix may have been found outside, but don't let that fool you - he's always been bold, confident, and ridiculously friendly. While outdoors, he shared space with a very scared mama cat and her two kittens, and despite his brave personality, he was always respectful and got along well with mama.

Now that he's indoors, Meow Mix is clearly living his best life. He walks around like he owns the place (because, honestly, he acts like he does) and fully embraces being an indoor cat. He'll greet you at the door with loud meows like he pays rent and has important business to discuss.

This guy is a full-time parkour master who can scale furniture, launch himself across rooms, and zoom from one end of the house to the other like he's training for the Cat Olympics. When the zoomies hit, it honestly sounds like a mini stampede... and no, he's not always graceful about it. Expect some dramatic landings.

He's also a professional window watcher - he loves perching on the windowsill to spy on the outdoors... or pass out mid-shift for a nap.

Personality Highlights
Super vocal - communicates through meows, chirps, and strong opinions
Extremely food motivated - not picky, treat-obsessed, and deeply committed to mealtimes
If you take too long to feed him, he will absolutely meow bloody murder to remind you of your duties
Toy lover - enjoys both interactive play and solo play, will play with multiple toys at once
After playing, he'll even pant like a dog (yes, it's hilarious)
Certified purring machine - once the pets start, the motor turns on and stays on

Cuddles + Affection
Meow Mix is affectionate and social - he'll demand pets, throw himself on you (or dramatically onto the floor), and protest loudly if you stop too soon. He also enjoys being picked up and carried, especially when approached calmly and lifted slowly.
He likes cuddles, but he's also great at setting boundaries - when he wants alone time, he'll happily retreat to his bed (or any bed/couch) for a little siesta.

Play Style + Energy
He's high energy and loves playtime, so he'll do best with someone who understands cat play and can redirect him when he gets extra excited. He may occasionally get a little mouthy or use his paws during play, but he's not aggressive - he doesn't hiss, he just wants MORE fun and attention.

Other Important Notes
Friendly with other cats and would likely love a cat buddy to play with (female for sure - unsure about males)
Food thief / counter surfer - if food is left out, he will absolutely find it... even when in bags
Sleeps everywhere... in the weirdest positions... even upside down

As long as there's food, treats, toys, and plenty of pets, Meow Mix will happily be your most loyal, hilarious best friend.

Meow Mix can be adopted as a buddy to a friendly resident cat, but may do well as the only cat in the home provided he gets lots of love and attention.

Like all ACR cats, Meow Mix is up-to-date on vaccines and treated for fleas and parasites. He is negative for FIV and FeLV.
