Meow Meow's Story
Meet Meow Meow, a 4-year old spayed beauty. Although she is little, she has a big, loving personality. Meow Meow loves to get and give affection from her family and strangers alike. She doesn’t mind being held or handled, but she prefers to be constantly on the move so she may not stay in your arms long. She will be your shadow, following you from place to place.

When you are petting her, she will sometimes slide her open mouth across your hand as a gentle love bite to show affection back. She loves to play both with you and independently. She sometimes gets the zoomies and likes to tell you about it while she's having fun. She loves looking out an open window (screen on of course) and feeling the fall breeze. She makes a great office companion, sleeping in a cat tree right beside her foster mom while she works throughout the day. She loves scratching posts and would need a home with a lot of scratching posts or cat-friendly furniture. She is smart and easily redirected if she scratches the wrong thing but sometimes does forget in her excitement to see you.

She has had a busy life before coming to MCSPCA, being a young mom, but now she is spayed and ready to relax with you as her lifelong companion. Meow Meow has lived with both children and other cats previously.

To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
