Megumi

Megumi is a sweet, shy girl who was adopted to an owner who loved her, but his two dogs wanted to play tag and Megumi (Meg) took up residence under the bed to avoid being tagged; her owner decided she needed a better life than hiding under the bed all day and coming out to cuddle at night, when the dogs settled down, so she is back with us looking for a new placement. She *likes* other animals just fine, she just doesn't want to be chased; she is being fostered in an office, and she likes to sit in the back of a file cabinet drawer and watch all the comings and goings, then comes out for serious "lap time" when the office is quiet and someone is on the computer. We'd like to find her a placement in a fairly serene home, with or without other pets as long as the pets will let her have her space. Megumi probably would not do well with small children, but would be a great "bedroom cat" for an older child who wants someone to cuddle with at night. She would also do well as a single pet. Megumi has never been outside, so we would like an indoor-only home for her if possible.
