Meeka - Black DSH, Female DOB 4/21/22.<br/>From the foster:<br/>Meeka is a sweet and petite girl - a stunning, black beauty with very expressive eyes. She is fiercely independent and is not a fan of anyone else but herself – she is a little diva, better than everyone else. She will be an excellent only cat, but her adopter must give her plenty of time to earn her trust, which could be several weeks. She doesn’t ever come to you for love, but when you approach to give her the love, she accepts your love but you can tell by her expression she is waiting for it to be over; before you know, though, and a surprise to her, she is purring up a storm! Her stoicism won’t allow her to tell you that she is loving it! She would also be fine with other cats or dogs in the household with a proper introduction, but will probably not bond with other pets in the house since she is kind of a loner. Her ideal home would be as an only cat, or adopted as a pair with one of her long-term friends who has been in foster care with her for many months. She does play and when she does she is adorable!
