Meatball's Story

Meet Meatball - a sweet and curious boy with an independent spirit. Rescued as a kitten from an abandoned house where he lived with his siblings and mama, Meatball is still learning to trust new people and environments. Meatball is shy at first and startles easily, but his curiosity always brings him out to explore. He's not a fan of being picked up or held (yet!), but he's friendly in his own quiet way and enjoys being near you on his terms. He will thrive in a calm home with a patient adopter and a dedicated enclosed space to help him adjust at his own pace. He's also great with other cats and does well with friendly dogs. With time, gentle encouragement, and understanding, Meatball will reward you with his quiet companionship and steady affection. He's the perfect match for someone who appreciates a thoughtful, independent cat ready to grow into his full potential.

Meatball is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, routinely treated for fleas and worms, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV and heartworm. His estimated DOB is 8/26/2024.

NOTE: Kittens under 4 months cannot be adopted as a single kitten unless there is already another cat in the home.

All cats/kittens come with 30 days of free post-adoption support to Petcademy's team of trainers and behaviorists, as well as access to online materials to help settle your new furbaby into your home.

Apply to adopt: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/AAA/Cat

Alleycats & Aristocats's Adoption Policy
We screen applicants by checking at least 2 personal references and vet records/references. Application is provided via online Jotform. Renters will require authorization to make sure pets are permitted. Please allow our volunteers up to 48 hours to process all applications. To ensure healthy development, we do not adopt out single kittens under 4 months old unless there is already another cat in the home. Kittens learn essential behaviors from other felines, and early socialization reduces the risk of future behavioral issues.
