Meadow's Story

Hey... I'm Meadow <br/><br/>I know, I know... it's hard not to notice how beautiful I am. But there's more to me than just a pretty face-I promise.<br/><br/>I was born in the spring of 2025 on a farm to a stray mama, surrounded by my littermates and even some younger kitten cousins. Life out there wasn't easy. The barn sat dangerously close to a busy road, and by the time we were found, we were all very sick. A kind human made sure we were brought to safety, and thanks to medicine, care, and a lot of love, we all got a second chance.<br/><br/>I was the oldest of the kittens brought in, and when we first arrived, the little ones looked to me for comfort. I did my best to be brave for them. Even now, I still have that gentle, nurturing heart. I adore other cats and find so much happiness just being close to them-sharing naps, quiet moments, and soft purrs.<br/><br/>I enjoy being petted when I'm really comfortable with you and will happily play from time to time, but I'm really calm and simple girl. Give me a cozy window, some sunshine, and birds to watch, and I'm content. Well... that and breakfast. And dinner. And maybe a few treats in between-I can be very charming when I want to be.<br/><br/>I'm spayed, vaccinated, and negative for FeLV/FIV. I'm healthy now, safe now... but what I don't have yet is a place to truly belong.<br/><br/>I've spent my whole life taking care of others, finding comfort in other cats, and learning how to feel safe.
