Maya's Story

Meet Carina (tortie) and Maya (orange)! These two ladies are 5 months old, fully vetted, and ready for their furever home(s)! They would love to find a home together but understand beggars can’t be choosers and would just be happy to have a family to call their own.

Maya and Carina were saved from animal services at only 3 weeks old and they were very sick with not only a URI but panleukopenia (feline parvovirus) as well. The rest of their litter unfortunately passed away. Maya and Carina are little miracles? now fully recovered they are ready to find homes. They are incredibly affectionate, always wanting to be pet or cuddled. They love snuggle time and my goodness their purr motors are incredible.

You might be wondering how they are still available for adoption? Maya requires a medication twice daily for GI motility so she can go poop properly. She’s really good about taking it. But because of this she can’t go to any of our adoption centers and a kitten that needs daily meds scares off a lot of potential adopters. So these girls have been sitting waiting for 3 months! They are located in Brandon, Florida currently with their foster but can also be brought to our st Pete adoption center.

Please email Samantha at samanthafoxkittens94@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting one or both of these girls or have more questions.
