Maxwell is an active, happy kitty that loves everybody. His favorite pastime is playing with toys and the other cats in his house. He is often busy, busy, busy having fun! He also has a loving side to his personality. He welcomes attention and petting from staff, volunteers –and anyone that visits his house. FIV in cats is similar to HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus) and causes a feline disease that is similar to AIDS in humans. Although FIV is similar to AIDS in humans it is a highly species-specific virus that infects only felines.
