He came to us with a Wound of Unknown Origin (WUO), meaning he has to hang out with us for 4 months so we can monitor his health.<br/><br/>This pet tested positive for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) -a condition that affects a cat's immune system and can lead to a shorter lifespan. However, many FeLV+ cats can live happy, comfortable lives with proper veterinary care, good nutrition, and lots of love. They must be the only cats in the home or live with other FeLV+ kitties, and we're looking for an adopter who has a strong relationship with a trusted vet and understands the commitment of caring for FeLV+ cats.
