Her previous owner passed away, and now Maxine is hoping for a new, quiet home of her own again. She is shy but friendly. She does not like a lot of handling or holding, but she will sit near you if the mood strikes her. She likes petting on and around her head, but petting along her back seems to over-stimulate her and she doesn't like it. Maxine should go to a quiet, adults only home with no other pets.
