Maximus Cheekus Harmonius Hill ("HVAC")

Your wait is over: here he is!! That insatiable, loving, furry buddy you have wanted all your life! In case you're wondering where we came up with his name, this big guy got so much attention on social media, we raffled off the privilege of naming him. :) We had been calling him Cheeky Boi or Cheeks (I mean, just look at his fat cheeks!) and HVAC (he did seem that big!) and the winner named him Maximus etc. etc. LOL. HVAC was a neighborhood cat who was thought to be feral and one of our volunteers trapped him so he could be neutered and vaccinated before being returned to his outdoor life. Well, that didn't happen -- this hunka hunka burning love just adores people who love on him and he is crazy for treats and for regular meals. He is totally into the indoor life and just wants a home where he can get all the attention and food he wants --- and, yes, you can give him all that loving and get at least as much in return but not alllllll the food he wants! Because this fella is definitely what we call "food motivated." It's going to be very very hard for us to let him go but if you are the right one, you will have won the big prize -- the most amazing boy. HVAC is FIV+ courtesy of his old life outdoors but that just means he's immune compromised and FIV+ cats can and do live long and happy lives.
