Maxie

Treated for FIP, URI and inguinal Hernia.Maxie is so sweet. He loves human interaction and plays great with other cats and kittens. He has interacted with small dogs, pigs, ducks, chickens and loves them all. He came to us a very sick kitten. He was suspected to have FIP and went through the 84 day treatment protocal. He improved and was gaining weight on watered down baby food. After completing the FIP treatment he still was having URI. He was seen by an internal medicine doctor and was found to have a sliding hiatal hernia. This was surgically repaired.He still has GI issues eating rich food so he is on a special diet. He was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. He loves to run and be with people. He is very active and enjoys new experiences. He is more like a dog. We are harness training him. He has all his shots and is microchipped. He has bouts of sickness when he eats foods not appropiate so would need to be closely monitored.
