Two senior boys looking for a new loving home!
Max is black, long hair, part Maine coon. He will be 12 in August. He's indoor/outdoor and up to date on all shots. He's wonderful with other cats and children and doesn't care about dogs. He is the type of cat that when he wants attention he will seek it out and then be a complete love and snuggler. But, he's good on his own too - definitely a cat that calls his own shots - and really easy going.
Dee is black, short hair, part Maine coon. He will also be 12 in August (they are from the same litter). He's indoor/outdoor and also up to date on shots. Dee takes a daily medication for thyroid - Methiamazole - it's a lotion that we rub into his ear. He is a little more nervous, and might take longer to warm up to new surroundings. He's good with other cats, and is good with children. He's more accepting of older children quickly - but he has adapted to having the babies around, so I wouldn't say he can't be in a home with a baby, they just would have to be patient with that relationship. Even when he is nervous, he doesn't act out or act aggressively - neither of these cats bite or scratch. I don't think Dee would do well in a home with a dog. Again, I don't think he would act out, I just think he wouldn't relax and be happy there. He might take time to adjust, but once he does, Dee loves to play and be pet - his purr is so LOUD! He's a sweet temperament.
